Two-Board Chess
Play across two boards in the same room
Two Open Chess boards pair over ESP-NOW and stay in sync. Each player has a full set in front of them, and every move you make appears on the other board.
How it plays
- 1
Power both boards near each other and they pair automatically.
- 2
The board with the higher hardware ID plays White.
- 3
Both boards hold all 32 pieces, so each player sees a complete position.
- 4
Your opponent's move lights up before you play it, so nothing gets lost.
What the lights do
The incoming move shows the from-square in orange and the to-square in green until you physically move the piece.
